I'm unsure about what size to order?

If you’re not sure about which size to order, then please take a look at the size guide on our website. Click here to view it.

Unfortunately, there is no perfect size conversion between different countries and indeed between different brands, so we recommend going by your European sizing as these are the measurements we have worked to. There are also smaller increments between European sizes so you’re more likely to find a better fitting shoe.

I would like fitting advice.

Our standard fit is
commonly known as a C/D fitting. Our wide fit is an E.  

If you are unsure whether to go for a standard or wide-fit then please measure the width of your foot around the widest point. You can then check our size chart to determine which would be the best choice.

If you are in between sizes, or if one foot is longer than the other, then choose to go up a size for the perfect fit. If one foot is wider than the other and you are in between widths, then choose the wider fit option. Please feel free to contact us on with your measurements for guidance.


When will my order arrive? (UK)

Please note that we only dispatch on weekdays Monday –
Friday, excluding public holidays.

We offer three delivery options for customers in the UK.

Royal Mail Standard (3-5 working days) Free

Royal Mail Express (1-2 working days) £5.95

Royal Mail (Next Day) before 1pm £7.95

You will receive an order confirmation email following your purchase and a tracking number so you can track your parcel and the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at if you have not received your
confirmation email or in the unlikely scenario that you parcel has not arrived 48 hours after the estimated delivery date.

When will my order arrive? (International)

On international orders, you will receive an order confirmation email following your purchase and a tracking number so you can track your parcel and the estimated delivery date. 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and kindly wait 3 working days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about your order.

Will I have to pay duties / taxes?

Please note that all orders are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are not responsible for any potential import charges or local taxes for international deliveries. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and payment by the customer may be necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office. 

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your shoes. If, for any reason you need to return them, then please do so within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

Please note that our shoes are delivered to you with a protective layer on the soles. This must not be removed unless you intend to keep the shoes. Items must be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn and undamaged and the original packaging must be in re-saleable condition.

Please return all items to us along with the original paperwork that came with your delivery. We cannot process your refund if your name and order number are not included in your returns parcel.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

If you wish to return your item for an exchange please contact us at so we can set aside the correct style, size and colour you require. Items to be exchanged will only be dispatched after the returned items have been received and undergone a full quality control check. 

Do I have to pay to return/exchange my shoes?

For customers in the UK :

We do offer a free returns service.

Please click here on this to generate a Royal Mail QR code which can be scanned at the post office, so you do not have to print out a label yourself.

For international customers:

We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of returns outside of the UK but we are happy to accept returns for a refund providing they are unworn and in a re-saleable condition.

In addition we do provide free international shipping with any two pairs of shoes bought at a time.

If you paid for your order using Paypal, you also may be eligible for their free returns service. This service is available to PayPal customers in selected and must be activated before purchase. For more information, please click here (please note this will take you to their external site).
